Coronation celebrations with Our Coronation Big Lunch. Let’s join the fun in the Gardens and bring the neighbourhood together and get to know one another a little better at this community celebration for the Coronation!
Just like our communities, Coronation Big Lunches come in all shapes and sizes. The ‘big’ comes from being part of a national event – you’ll be joining millions of across the UK getting together to celebrate, 6-8 May.
Our Coronation Big Lunch is on Saturday, 6 May. We will have a special menu of the King’s favourite things (as well as a few of our own) from quiche to traditional fruit cake. You are welcome to bring a picnic and spread out on the Castle Green and spend the day with us, your friends and family.
