On the wider estate our new born lambs have arrived in time for Easter and are enjoying the wonderful mild weather.

    It's going to be a colourful Easter at Castle Kenn It's going to be a colourful Easter at Castle Kennedy Gardens this weekend with so much in flower.  Our camellia's are glorious this year. 

The gardens and tearoom are open daily, serving delicious seasonal soups, quiches, salads and home baking.

    Don't miss our amazing Birds of Prey experience ta Don't miss our amazing Birds of Prey experience taking place this Sunday 10th April.  Price included within admission.

Meet a whole host of fascinating birds of prey as KG Hawks Birds of Prey and Rescue return to the gardens. They’ll be bringing lots of feathered friends, including their Mongolian Steppe Eagle and their adorable Asian Brown Owl.

There will be free workshops about our native birds of prey at 11.30am, 1.00pm and 3.00pm. Places are limited, so please book in advance. 
 
Bird Petting and Photographs are available for a small additional cost. 

Castle Kennedy Gardens is open daily from 10am - 5pm.

    Have you tried our Hummingbird Cake yet? It’s i Have you tried our Hummingbird Cake yet?  It’s incredible! 

Some say the cake was named after the bird because it is sweet enough to attract hummingbirds (who eat only nectar), while others say the yellow streaks of banana are reminiscent of the bird’s plumage.

This popular cake is filled with bananas, pecan and pineapple, and topped with cream cheese, and tastes like a combination of banana bread and carrot cake.

Castle Kennedy Gardens tearoom is open daily, 10am - 5pm.
